Rakugan Moroeya — Main Shop (落雁 諸江屋 本店)

Kanazawa / NomachiJapanese sweets

History

Founded in 1849. The main shop closed for an extended period during road-widening work and reopened after refurbishment in September 2021. The current shopfront dates from that refurbishment.

Hanausagi (花うさぎ) is a small rakugan (落雁), a dry sweet pressed in a mold. The Nomachi main shop sells these sweets and assortments to take away.
