Otomoro (大友楼)

History

Founded in 1830. Drawing on a family history of cooks associated with the Kaga domain’s kitchen, the business expanded into restaurant dining and catering. This date is separate from the opening of its present tea rooms and other facilities.

Kaga cuisine (加賀料理) is the regional cooking served here as a course meal. Dishes include jibuni (治部煮), a local simmered dish, and steamed stuffed sea bream (鯛の唐蒸し). Reserve for dining at the restaurant.

Reserve a course meal. Some courses, including the daimyo banquet meal, require at least 4 people and booking 3 days ahead.
