Kasho Takagiya — Main Shop (菓匠 高木屋 本店)
History
Founded in Hondamachi in 1925, the shop makes sweets using monaka shells and apricots.
Kamifusen (紙ふうせん) places jelly inside a crisp monaka wafer shell. Apricot mochi (あんず餅) and apricot pies (あんずパイ) are other choices to take away.
