Kanda Yabusoba (かんだやぶそば)
History
Its present lineage began in 1880, when the first proprietor took over Yabu Soba in Hongo Dangozaka. Today it serves seiro soba and seasonal dishes in Kanda Awajicho.
Seiro soba (せいろうそば) is buckwheat noodles served chilled, with dipping sauce. Seasonal noodle dishes are also offered.
