Keishindo — Main Shop (桂新堂 本店)

Nagoya / KanayamaJapanese sweets

History

The business began in Ono Minato, now part of Tokoname, in 1866, and later expanded into Nagoya. Today it makes sweets retaining the shape of shrimp and crackers with seasonal designs.

Choose shrimp crackers (えびせんべい) or whole kuruma-prawn crackers (車えび姿焼き), which retain the shape of the prawn. The shop also sells seasonal assortments.
