Yamamotoyama Fujie Sabo (山本山 ふじヱ茶房)
History
Yamamotoyama began trading in Nihonbashi in 1690. Fujie Sabo opened in 2018, bringing the established tea business into a contemporary tea salon. The founding date refers to Yamamotoyama's founding.
Gyokuro (玉露) and sencha (煎茶) are Japanese green teas. Pair tea with seasonal Japanese sweets, or choose a meal featuring nori (海苔), edible seaweed. Enter the tea salon from the street.
